What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I received an award for being the best RB in our region. And I had 72 carries and rushed for 675 yards.
Stanford ran behind one of the leading rushers last year in Class A, and still put up #’s. He’s not super explosive, but his strong running stride and frame just blows right thru tacklers. A lot of that is determination, Stanford just refuses to go down at times and does a nice job of churning his legs thru contact. At this point he is more of a FB though than a RB, maybe option teams will be interested, but need to see his pad level drop this fall.
