The strong-armed quarterback fires off his passes quickly with a good release point. He keeps the ball on a line down the middle and doesn’t leaving it hanging for too long. Early season film Waye has looked good running North Cobb’s offense, even carrying the ball a little more than expected. He fits the ball into some tight areas, seems to really trust his arm a lot. He certainly shows the arm strength to stretch a defense too. His toughness appears to be on full diplsy this year, and he’s fighting for extra yardage in between the tackles on these designed runs against 7-A lineman and linebackers. Overall, I think the 2018 QB has the arm talent to play at the next level.
