Carter plays a hybrid DE/OLB role for Duluth. The rising senior has long arms which he uses effectively to scrape off blocks. He has very good speed but at times over-pursues the play. Carter has very impressive speed and can get to the QB in a hurry when blitzed. Depending on how he continues to fillout could really impact his recruitment but he looks like an FBS athlete.
