Carter tore his knee up junior year, and fell off the recruiting map for the time being but came back his senior year looking to bust some heads. The senior has really good instincts and gets down hill when attacking the run game. He is also a good wrestler, and is great at getting to the ball carrier and finishing. He always wraps up his tackle and shows really good leg drive on contact. Carter is a gamer, and will do really well at the next level as he continues to grow from his injury junior year.
