Holland hustles on every play. He shows excellent hands, especially on back shoulder passes. Catches the ball with his hands not his body. He is hard to bring down and has great running vision and balance. His team throws him a ton of screen passes for that reason. Great athlete with good coordination (makes difficult catches off tipped passes). For his senior year, Holland has been used at multiple positions including running back and playing in the wildcat. He just does not go down easily.
