Moss really made some improvements in the last year gaining weight and becoming just more explosive in general. He already was pretty good in coverage, showing above-average reactions to the pass for a linebacker. Impressed with the depth he is showing in zone coverage. Does a quality job of reading the QB’s eyes. Has a few interceptions on the year including a pick-six. Moss is a high-energy player. He’s added about 15 lbs. of muscle since the summer of 2020. That’s helped a good bit with his open-field tackling. Moss is a quality edge defender, we do think he needs to continue to work on hip flexibility and just getting stronger in that capacity. His motor and aggressive instincts make for a really intriguing recruit that should get strong local interest in our opinion.
