Manuel is a pretty springy athlete who is still filling out his frame but show an athletic burst right when he ends up with the ball. Manuel makes pretty explosive breaks out his routes. Looks quick on comeback and shows solid footwork too. Made a few nice athletic high-pointed receptions in the end zone – did a pretty good job of squaring up his pads. Not a technically sound blocker but does put in effort. Manuel is a pretty smooth receiver who would do well in the camp circuit. He needs to continue to add weight but like his elusive running and long spider-like running motion where he grabs good chunks of yardage. He is definitely a candidate to break out his senior year with big numbers.
