Griffin is another impressive OL coming out of Crisp, and man he plays with physical hands while also keeping a pretty flat back. The 2021 recruit relies on his upper body strength a good bit, and would like to see derive more of his strength from how lower base. Needs to get more on his toes when run blocking. Very quick athlete though, just needs more work overall with fundamentals. Would definitely pull Griffin a lot to take advantage of his quickness. Hand placement needs to get better, too many times he is not engaged well with the defender, and is borderline close to a holding call. Love the hustle though, Griffin gets upfield and tries to unload on the defense. Still growing into his frame, has put on 20 lbs in the last 6 months and you can expect him a lot closer to 280 a year from now.
