Carter is a P5 caliber wide receiver when you take in account his speed and size. He has the ability to stretch a defense with his long running stride and just blows by defenders who have good angles even. Needs to show more running in the open field though, he has some cutbacks that would make these plays even easier. Carter shows pretty good hands, and can adjust to football well on the fly. He is a big play waiting to happen, and him landing big time offers will come in due time. Several strong G5 programs have gone after Carter now – interested to see if a P5 pops here soon. In my opinion, he one of the receivers with the highest upside in the state. Just scratching the surface in the weight room and should be over 200 easy in college.
