Because I outwork whoever I’m competing with. I have a great attitude with a willingness to learn.
Gaither has good speed getting out to the sideline. He’s a player with good length, so playing out on the edge benefits his skill set. The 2020 OLB demonstrates the speed to take away angles from the RB. The senior made a big jump in the weight room the last year, and it shows on film. Gaither has solid upside, I would like to see him have a bigger impact in the pass game getting hands up more at least and deflecting some passes. He put up numbers his senior year with nearly 20 tackles for loss and 7 sacks. Even more impressive was his 5 FF. The 2020 recruit was someone we identified to be a potential D1 athlete. His speed and general athleticism gives a college program a high upside recruit that can have a huge impact creating negative plays. Ran a 4.55 at The Opening last year, so speed is 100% legit
