Carter is one of the tallest football players in the state of Georgia, he has hardly filled out his frame really, but just watching him move upfield you can see there is some athletic potential. There is no way around it, Carter is a project. There is just so much upside to Carter, his background in basketball should translate well in passing situations eventually. I don’t think he looks 220 really either, but either way he should be over 250 pretty soon, especially with Cedar Grove’s new weight lifting facility. Looking at the final bit of his junior film, I would think colleges will be all about getting Carter into their camp, and working with him as much as possible.
