Hodges is like so many Bremen football players, they are quick reactors to the play and they hit low with power. It’s obvious they do a good job of teaching their young athletes, but always impressed with the open field tackling of Bremen players. Hodges does a very good job of ripping thru blockers, he has powerful hands and keeps his feet thru bigger players. Hodges is tough as nails, and goes right against some big time OL in 2-A playing both DT and DE. At the next level, he is guaranteed to play LB. Tackling, he does a pretty good job of dropping his hips, and reading the defender. He shows a crazy high motor, and you see him make some huge tackles from the backside when the QB is scrambling for too long. Hodges is about as tough as they come, with more film at linebacker, I can see him getting some D1 looks for sure.
