Morgan got a lot of reps playing b-back/fullback. He can pack a punch as a runner or blocker. He is very aggressive and shows nice speed getting to the 2nd level. What I like so much about Morgan is the hustle he plays the game with. Seriously, he will go sprinting 30-40 yards downfield. As a linebacker, he shows good promise as well, and with a few teammates graduating, there will be openings at linebacker for additional reps. Morgan is an all out energy player, he’s been getting heavy reps going back to his senior year. Morgan is one of the toughest two-way players in 2-A in 2018, he moves really well to the football. Changes directions in the tackle box, locks on the ball carrier and hits them square in the numbers. Looks to have continued to add solid weight. I would like to see him work on his finishing when making a tackle. He doesn’t always square up on his attempts and explode through the hips. Now up to 222 lbs.
