Oglesby is very raw, but he has a ton of upside in terms of athleticism and quickness coming off the edge. He is going to be trained by a really good pass rush specialist this offseason, and I really think he can make a big jump. Oglesby is unbelievably quick at the snap, He is in the backfield before a OL can react. His 15 sacks last year was near the tops of his classification.
