Davis moves really well in the open field, and was even a backup running back his junior year. He can move. That’s a fact, watching Davis gun down a ball carrier out in the flat is impressive. He has a pick six his senior year where he was blur moving down the sideline. At 6’2″, I like his size overall, and shows a good work ethic pursuing the ball carrier from the back side. Davis plays DE also, has a few gigantic sacks where he comes from the blindside for big hits. He had 8 QB hurries his senior year. Also was a gunner. I want to see the 2020 recruit get more reps at linebacker, he shows good potential at WILL. Needs more work in pass coverage. Cannot teach his speed, and explosive first step.
