What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I’m very athletic. I fly around the field and I act as a leader on the field and off the field. I don’t do any drugs and get good grades.
Miller was another 2020 recruit who was thrust into varsity reps last year, and the slender safety prospect played pretty dang well. What really stands out is how well he sees the field. He gets a beat on the play and you will see him a dead sprint down field taking a really good tackling angle. He is a physical tackler, does a really good job of squaring up his attempts, strong body type – good composition. Miller has outstanding football instincts, and if he’s truly added an inch to his frame and 20 lbs since last fall then he should be on most FBS schools’ radars, because you cannot teach his relentless motor and incredible pursuit angles. Needs to work on footwork when pressing on the receiver, tends to hop at the snap.
