Height has very good athleticism, and at 6’4″ he can really be a handful against Class 2-A competition. He is quick off the football, and closes on the QB really well. He needs to be quicker with his hands getting off blocks. Length opens up offensive lineman and frees up Height, but needs some work with shedding blocks and using his hands in general. Pure athleticism allows Height to get around blocks. The 2020 athlete does a good job of setting the edge, and is instinctive against the run. I’m really impressed with the ball skills he shows on offense. I think Height has some real hybrid potential as a DE/OLB. Working on hip quickness this offseason and improving some in coverage is the sort of versatility we would like to see added to his game to go along with just quicker, cleaner hands when getting off blocks.
