Reliford has the athleticism and and quick enough hips to be efficient in both zone and man defense. Playing over the middle of the field the 2019 recruit seems to get a quick jump on the pass. He does a great job of reading the ball carrier 15-20 yards down field and taking very good pursuit angles. He is a solid tackler who does a great job of meeting the ball carrier in the numbers and driving back with his feet. He shows above average strength and finishes his tackles quickly. He has an impact in both the run and the pass last year. Looking at his skill set and size it would be easy to see him playing NB at the next level, but FS is not out of the question either. He is very versatile with excellent athleticism to boot. Lack of size is the major glaring issue with Reliford’s game.
