Hughey is a tough little slot back who plays the game like his hair is on fire. Right when the ball is snapped, he goes 100%, and you see him hit the hole hard, once he is clear he can gash out big plays. His balance and ability to make well timed cutbacks allow for some big plays, but top end speed more at the D2 level considering his size. He has above average football instincts, and can fill a lot of roles for his team, making him a valuable scholarship athlete in my opinion.
