Smith has a big wide body, and just by shear natural size he can move his opponent back. He has promising upside from an athletic stand point. He has a really wide base, and I like his body type to add on muscle and lots of it. Lateral quickness and hip flexibility are two major areas he needs to improve. Smith can continue to develop in those areas than I think D1 schools will become interested in the 2019 recruit. He made first team All-Region last year. Also worth mentioning he played DT too, and looked decent there, but I’m a bigger fan of him on the OL. He’s a tough player, and really shows quality hustle and energy on each play. He seems to really thrive on his physicality and a little bit of work with his fundamentals and can certainly find yourself a steal in the 2019 recruiting class.
