Jefferson is a hungry 2019 recruit who takes a lot of pride at playing offensive line. Against all competition we see Jefferson making plays. Taking guys who have offers across the board and sending them to the turf. He does a pretty solid job of playing with his hands, but not always the best leverage – could be due to having short arms. I like the general energy Jefferson shows on the field. He is determined at getting his man down. I would like to see him move his feet more while pass blocking. He is a solid run blocker, and does his best to meet his assignment. Needs to get more powerful in the hips and work on flexibility.
