Cooper had 67 solo tackles on the year, and was a nice OLB/DE prospect for his team. He has a good frame to add serious weight, and think he could end up being around 235-245 at the next level. Pretty strong at the point of attack, uses his length to get off blocks. I like how he finishes on these tackles too, and we see him make nice 1 v 1 plays in the tackle box. He moves around really well for a guy his size, and his upside alone should attract colleges.
