A very coachable and versatile player on and off the field. Capable of making plays on the hash in coverage or in the box playing run support.
Drake is a very versatile defensive back prospect who lined up all over the field. Senior he played inside linebacker full time due to the gaping hole left by their All-State linebacker that led him them to state final on year ago. He shows excellent change of direction, which allows him to take more daring tackling angles. He does a great job of wrapping around the waist and goes in low on his attempts. Really like how he breaks on the pass too. Drake is the type of player you can plug in all over the field and his versatility should really attract for FCS colleges especially. Right now he is a complete unknown, but we like his feel for the game, and his ability as a one 1 v 1 tackler is really impressive.
