We really like Barker’s measurements and length as a 2019 recruit. He looks like he could fill out his frame and be around 220-25 in the next few years. The Putnam Co. rising junior shows really good speed, which you see on display in kick off situations where he is one of the first down field on his team. His speed allows him to make mistakes, hustle, and then make a recover tackler from behind. Heading into next year we expect Barker to be a lot more consistent, and he should make a jump, so expect more explosive plays.
