Hand emerged this year as the starting QB and showed some athletic flashes as a dual threat QB. He’s got a long athletic frame that can be nearly impossible to catch when he strides out. Would like to see him improve his agility some and also his footwork in the pocket needs refinement. Hand has a strong arm but drops his release a little low. Hand has been a nomadic HS career, and looks to settle in at Carrollton his senior year and be the big play threat they have looked for at QB. The 2019 recruit has FBS upside no doubt, and we just want to see his production to get back to where it was sophomore year.
