Carter is a fundamental tackler with very good length out on the perimeter. His 6′ frame allows him to break up passes that smaller DB’s just cannot make a play on. One area he can definitely improve on is getting his head turned around so he can track the ball on the pass. The senior is an extremely physical player though and fairly good getting off his block and making a tackle out in the flat. Very impressed with vertical and couple that wit his tackling ability I could see him making the switch to safety at the next level.
